About The Palestinian Judicial Institute

The institute considered one of Justice sector organizations, it was established by a presidential decree No (6) of 2008 on 1/3/2008, and ministers council resolution No (89) of 2004 of the establishment of the institute, and the ministers council decision No (7) of 2008 of the Palestinian Judicial Institute regulation , the institute is concerned with the developing of Judicial staff skills, Prosecutor members, and administrative workers in Justice sector, it’s a financially and administratively independent governmental organization.

The director is practicing his supervision upon the several departments and other committees, and bearing the responsibility before the board of directors to apply the public policy and the yearly plan of institute.
